I'm pretty sure that, even if they bought Cielo Plan 3 view lot, they got it for $2.8M or less. The fact that they're selling now means that they probably reserved their new home at least a couple months ago and almost ready to move in. I don't know if Martin can disclose that information or not.
It's only in the latest phase (4A) that Plan 3 view lot increased to $3.0M. If they're starting to purchase now, and selling the Highland 1 was a contingency, then yeah, we're probably looking at $3M+, but it will still take a few more phases to get to $3.4M.
