My parents are drinking Kool Aid

Lordie, I won't bring it up until I think the house is a good deal. Don't want to embarrass my Dad. :-S I'd only get involved again if they start leaning that way too soon.....
 
Well, the house they wanted *still* hasn't sold and is now down to $429,900. That was what my Dad was going to offer when I originally started this thread.
