Millions is a drop in the bucket. California paid $20 billion in unemployment fraud during the pandemic. I don’t know how much tax revenue minimum wage jobs generate anyway especially if a lot of workers aren’t even legal. Workers still need to be subsidized by the government for food, housing and healthcare. Not having easy to fast food will save billions in healthcare costs in the long run.
The access to fast food hasn't changed one iota, but now you have more people living in poverty that can't afford to see a doctor, which does indeed lead to poorer healthcare outcomes and higher costs for tax payers.

Basic skills not worth paying $20/hour to learn. Those were never supposed to be career job…they are transitional jobs where workers learn the basics (discipline, respect and yes, service relationship.) by dictating that wage on the industry they destroyed the job base, just the opposite of what they bragged they would do.
