Too bad the real estate exam doesn't even test basic math skills.morekaos said:$130,000 price reduction

Your Realtard better get out his abacus because that looks to be a $30,000.00 reduction on this Mud Hut. I think he got too excited and "accidentally" hit too many zero's in that description.

Naples waterfront
It's back. After a brief vacation for the last three months in bank REO Hell this waterfront home is back on the market with a new and improved 2006 price tag.
Price: $1,900,000
Well, now we know why this places got foreclosed on. Freshly posted interior shots show the extent of the damage. Still...nice view and a 40 foot dock.

Homeboy should have manned up with $1.55m in cash in a suitcase and picked it up at a discount on the steps of the courthouse.not a realtor said:morekaos said:morekaos said:morekaos said:morekaos said:It was bound to happen. rumor has it that it is already in escrow for $1.8. That is pretty quick. Obviously the location is A+ but it is a house without an interior.
They got another two of those big price cuts before that baby will sell, I wonder if they will take them another 1,000 days to get there.morekaos said:Well after 554 days on the market Viki Lawrence has finally succumbed to the idea that $3.5 million dollars was a bit too much for her (admittedly nice) house. Today she lopped off a cool Half Mil. That had to sting. She held out for so long I am sure this was a painful (like amputating a hand) capitulation.

Loving LA, hating LA; learning to love the OC, obsessed with Irvine, and now being draw back up to the Beach... I had a long hard week of research and digging up tax info, and my God; the freedom of now having double HOAs and Mello Roos!!! Anyways, I had a good week to detox from the IHB, Irvine... but ahh... the beauty of walking my son in Woodbury, seeing the kids start school this week in the mornings... watching the kids play soccer on a Saturday morning...
If I wasn't such an OC guy, I would definitely consider Belmont Shores.not a realtor said:roundcorners said:I'm getting the itch for the LBC again... after being so headstrong for Irvine for so long... morekaos said:I rather like the fact that people always look at you sideways when you say you live in "Long Beach". One of the best kept secrets is right there in south Long Beach. It is safe, unique and a wonderful place to raise a family. Also, it is probably the last bastion of affordable, waterfront real estate in civilized California. I hope to keep our little secret a secret before it becomes a spoiled little beach town like Hermosa, Dana and Newport.
