If you can handle the weekend invasion this place looks OK. I think it sort of compares to the properties across from Mothers Beach. I just don't like the weekend crowd aspect

BTW, your Club House is right across the street, you don't have to make reservations to use it; just like our IAC leasing office they have good coffee, cookies and a outdoor patio for large get-togethers too!! ^_^
