If you can handle the weekend invasion this place looks OK. I think it sort of compares to the properties across from Mothers Beach. I just don't like the weekend crowd aspect

The views on that one appear to be blocked by the neighbor. The Wendy Lane house directly overlooks the water, which has to command a premium.
Looks like they are dropping $100,000.00 every other month till it gets sold. Where do you think we find a buyer? Only time and a few hundred thousand will tell
The funniest part is this chump paid over $1000 a square foot AND dumped in the remodel costs. Ahh, the good old days of delusional 2006.
From what I have heard this is much more about Poly than Wilson. Yeah it happended after a Wilson game but they were playing Poly and most guess it is likely the Poly element that is what is in play here. I guess they aren't going to stop playing Poly anytime soon though. It is a shame. Wilson is a good school and is safe. This is an anomoly which is why it's big news in LB but it surely makes it hard to shed the already less than ideal image after this.
Very sad for this family.
Either that house is staged or these folks moved in and went under. I am not sure. It was empty a few months ago

Ahhh, the smell of eggs and bacon every morning, what more could a guy ask for?
I mignt have trouble with those front seps but I think I could make the bathroom.
Still too much for a rental property (which is what a duplex is by default, unless you plan on living in one unit and renting out the other), although it's now close to the autocomps. Assuming the numbers in the listing are accurate (why does the unit that's twice the size only rent for $400 more?), it only brings in $5k a month, for a GRM of 255.

This one had to hurt. Paid too much, dumped a bunch into the remodel and selling for a quick loss...smooth move ex-lax.

This house on Ultimo is back... can someone tell why it was just sold for $565? Auction? REO?
Anyways.. a little close to PCH... but a good location...
BTW, your Club House is right across the street, you don't have to make reservations to use it; just like our IAC leasing office they have good coffee, cookies and a outdoor patio for large get-togethers too!! ^_^
