Twenty years ago, I went to a fellow conservative's home for a political get together.  A senior staff member of the local University of California Irvine was there and said he cannot divulge his politics at UCI because he would be denied raises and promotions, such is the Left wing bias.

The Repub, held majority in both the Senate and Congress in the first two years of the last 4. We have a looney Pres. doesn?t think big deals and lies all the time. And you blame the Democrat? Blind leading the blinders.

I am not aware of any politically neutral one. I put in the mix Fox, Politico, Reuters, USAToday, ABC7 and sometimes BBC
CNN is out of consideration, they need to hire journalists, not propagandists.

I Used To Be A Normal Person

As a man, I used to think I was pretty much just a regular person, but I was born white, into a two-parent household which now, whether I like it or not, makes me "Privileged", a racist & responsible for slavery.
I am a fiscal & moral conservative, which by today's standards, makes me a fascist because I plan, budget & support myself.
I went to High School, paid my way thru college, earned a degree, & have always held a job. But I now find out that I am not here because I earned it, but because I was "advantaged?.
I am heterosexual, which according to "gay" folks, now makes me a homophobe.
I am not a Muslim, which now labels me as an infidel.
I believe in the 2nd Amendment, which makes me a defacto member of the "vast NRA gun lobby?
I am older than 60, making me a useless person who doesn't understand Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
I think & I reason, and I doubt much of what the "main stream" media tells me, which makes me a "Right-wing conspiracy nut?.
I am proud of my heritage & our inclusive American culture, making me a xenophobe.
I believe in hard work, fair play, & fair compensation according to each individual's merits, which today makes me an anti-socialist.
I believe our system guarantees freedom of effort - not freedom of outcome or subsidies which must make me a borderline sociopath.
I believe in the defense & protection of America for & by all citizens, now making me a militant.
I am proud of our flag, what it stands for and the many who died to let it fly, so I stand & salute during our National Anthem - so I must be a racist.
Please help me come to terms with the new me because I'm just not sure who I am anymore!
If all this nonsense wasn't enough to deal with, now I don't even know which restroom to use? and I gotta go more FREQUENTLY!

First of all when did I ever say I hated you? Where does that come from? And since you brought up the Bible, let me rebuke you once more of your wrong application of it.

The core principal of the Bible is that you need to admit you CAN'T fight for the little person. Jesus' main message is you are sick and you need a doctor. You are not that good as you think you are. That's the core principal of the Bible so that you would repent and turn back to God asking to be good. THEN God would send the Holy Spirit that you will get to do "good things" that God originally intended for the humanity to do. Fighting for the weak is just one of those good things you can do by the Holy Spirit. So please know it's never YOU that's doing the good.

But the BEST thing among those good things is that you believe Jesus is the Son of God and your LORD thus you submit to His authority. You can do that by loving and getting to know Him by His Words every day every moment. You can do that by spreading that love truthfully spreading the gospel to others. You can do that by not mocking someone who disagrees with your little opinions. You can do that by guarding you heart. Many people say they believe and do so, but only God knows who the real ones are...

While I do believe you are a smart person, eyephone, all I'm seeing from you recently is that you are trying to prove you are always right and how genius you are. Well, how is that considered as what Jesus as you speak of would do? How is that even something you fight for the weak?

If I hated you I wouldn't have told you all this. But by love, I'm saying it all for you truthfully so that you would some day know and believe what the Bible really talks about. Stop mourning over a simple disagreement of someone else's opinions. Get to the REAL core, my friend.
