Las Ventanas Plans 2+3 vs. Maricopa Plans 1+2

Someone must have backed out of that plan 2.  we went in last weekend to show the model to a friend and they said that all that were left were the models, of which plans 1 and 2 were pretty much spoken for off the priority list with plan 3 avalailable at a shade over $1million.  Which shared driveway is it on? Kingsbury, Lyndhurst, or Nassau?
 
Does anyone know where Ventanas is in their sales process?  We liked the houses a lot, however wife prefers Stonegate location.  Will check out Saratoga this weekend.  Does anyone know where pricing will likely come in for Saratoga?

I believe all but the models and maybe 1 or 2 homes (plan 3s) that fell out of escrow are sold out at Las Ventanas.  I think that the pricing for Saratoga will start north of $650k for Plan 1 (maybe $670ish +/-).
