LA Times link to track foreclosure rate increase by zip code

Just ran across the LA Times link.. Just enter the zip code and it will give you the comparison in the last 12 months by count and buy percentage. I thought it would be fun to keep track of the numbers for the next couple years. I have never posted a link on here but I hope it will work. I put in my Tustin Ranch Zip Code so just re-enter your zip.

Interesting. 92606 has zero. I think every NOD has had a knife-catcher swoop-in so far.

92620 (Northwood) went from 1 in Q2-06 to 14 in Q2-07.

Went from 3 to 7 in 92679 .

Hmm, this thing shows zero for 92606 but Foreclosureradar shows 4 REO's. Maybe they were all deed in lieu?
