LA Times link to track foreclosure rate increase by zip code

<p>Just ran across the LA Times link.. Just enter the zip code and it will give you the comparison in the last 12 months by count and buy percentage. I thought it would be fun to keep track of the numbers for the next couple years. I have never posted a link on here but I hope it will work. I put in my Tustin Ranch Zip Code so just re-enter your zip.</p>

92620 (Northwood) went from 1 in Q2-06 to 14 in Q2-07.

Went from 3 to 7 in 92679 .

Hmm, this thing shows zero for 92606 but Foreclosureradar shows 4 REO's. Maybe they were all deed in lieu?
