Irvine gets an "A+" for weather, but can we kindly agree that a D+ for Cost of Living and C for Housing is not an inflation? Both Irvine and Johns Creek received a overall Niche Grade of an A+. I've lived in Chicago and went to college in UMich-Ann Arbor. Weather is definitely a C for Chicago and Ann Arbor. I would say B/B+ for weather is pretty accurate for Johns Creek.

Yeah I can’t take this seriously. An A for nightlife?? An A for diversity? It’s only diverse if you count the various types of Asians I guess.
