I don't know, but it sounds like it sounds like a big conspiracy to cover up a serious crime he commited while he was living in Irvine... ;)

The "robbery" was no doubt just a misunderstanding about whether the phones were free with a contract.  Robbers in Irvine?  I think not.

Depends if IPD priced it out at the 1 yr price with contract, 2 yr price with contract, or the Fiver Finger discount price.  :)

Since these are criminals I don't think they bothered with signing any contracts--so say $300-500 per unsubsidized phone (guess they would steal the more valuable smart phones)--that puts it at ~ 8-12 phones taken? I'll be checking out Ebay or Craigs list soon for the color selection.
