IHO has said he is a fat ass since (consults excel notes) 2010.
Unless his intermittent fasting has worked in the past 5 years...this is not him.

If you check NextDoor, there are a good amount of crime posts by IPD. The Lululemon one was funny and the jewelry story smash and grab (which made the Today show) was crazy.

No city is immune to crime.

UCI getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar... And last I checked rape is a violent crime.

UC Irvine's high rate of inaccurate crime stats criticized in state audit report

UC Irvine and three other California colleges and universities failed to accurately or completely report crime statistics as required by federal law, according to a newly released state audit.

The audit also found that UC Irvine had the highest rate of inaccurate crime stats.

In one instance, a rape accusation was later dropped when the individual said it was a misunderstanding.

A soccer game in Irvine, America’s safest city, ends with a brawl and police investigation

Players pushed one another. Parents, family and spectators descended onto the field. Kicks, shoves and punches came in waves over the next few minutes.

Navarro and his wife said his players — nearly all Latinos from low-income backgrounds — faced repeated harassment and racial slurs from the opposing team in Irvine as the game pressed on Saturday night. The goalie, who wore a pink uniform, was taunted as “Peppa Pig” and shamed for his appearance, while other players were derided with slurs like “wetback” and “beaner.”

“We didn’t start nothing, sir,” Navarro said. “We were defending ourselves.”

Wallace, the coach of Irvine Zeta, rejected the accusation that his players uttered racial slurs.

Final score: 1 broken nose, 1 parent knocked unconscious, 0 arrests by IPD

By the way, run-of-the-mill assault is not recorded in the violent crime stats, so this will not tarnish Irvine's well-deserved reputation for safety.

Annoying how the headlines purposely obscure the details (where, when, who)

At this rate you would want to be armed while shopping at Costco. It will be lucrative for robbers just take the whole cart with items worth several hundreds of dollars, and the one with big screen TV would become higher priority target
