‘Castle’ dweller who wrestled a Grizzly now fights city hall

http://huntingtonhomes.freedomblogging.com/2009/03/25/castle-dweller-who-wrestled-a-grizzly-now-fights-city-hall/25779/

Mr. Castle, himself, came in and commented several times in the thread.

It is interesting to see the differing perspectives of the "free-thinkers" and "Irvinites" in the comments

One of the "Irvinites" is just a "prorealtor" troll who infests some of the OC newspaper blogs.

Sure, why not?

Why, yes it has!

Lowes price in the the market... Opportunity Knocks! Beautifuly upgraded townhome. Remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All 3 bathrooms are remodeled. Crown molding & upgraded basebords. Inside Laundry Room. Private Back yard . 2 Car garage. Private inside location. Nicely Landscaped Complex. Walking distance to Sierra Vista Middle School. No mello roos.

Daring color scheme too: light brown on light brown on light brown on light brown on ... That kitchen's almost usable for a ganzfeld experiment:

This procedure is designed to present a changeless sensory experience, because the nervous system responds primarily to changes. When exposed to this unchanging sensory field for a few minutes, the receiver's nervous system achieves a state similar to that of sensory deprivation. Because the brain is deprived of new input, mild to vivid imagery is ordinarily experienced.

what do you mean? just a little fill!

(btw, this shot is taken from the nieghbors house, your $195k house is this side of the green fence!)

So... I was looking at foreclosures, and 27002 La Paz Road in Aliso Viejo came up, but zillow couldn't find the address. So, it must be a commercial building. Well, it is retail actually, and it looks like an Arby's is in trouble.

Ah... but here is the kicker... $1.65mil of debt. Just how many freakin sandwiches do you have to sell to pay off a debt like that? You have to be kidding me... right? It's a fast food franchise, not a 5 star restaurant in NYC. Is it really any wonder why we are having a crazy debt problem? Well wonder no more, here is proof that the problem runs even deeper.

My only hope is the address is the address for the entire shopping center when it comes to mapping it, and if I looked up the APN, then it would show the entire center. Does DDR or General Growth own this place?

Pssst... this is the garage!
Hey... at least they chose Stanley Cup Champions... Kings haven't even made playoffs the last 4 years that the Ducks have.

I actually am not into decorating my garage (that's my dad... he hangs picture frames in his garage)... I'm more about space than style.

^ Aaahh!! I visited that one at the open house a few weeks back! You should see the garage. They converted it into a lounge with pool table, tile floor, and a hookah bar! I brought a camera and even took pics. I will have to upload them soon.

That looks like a nice sized yard, especially for that price. Too bad you would have to tear down most of the inside. I'm surprised they allow "RV access in the prestigious gated community of Sheridan".
