Interesting/Amusing Property Finds

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I hope they haven't cleaned this place up yet. IR2 are you busy tomorrow? I need to go see this house in person. I wanna go Crackercakes on this one get some better .jpgs. There is just too much we are missing with the crappy .jpgs.

Umm, people who have all that stuff everywhere have a mental

disease. They get anxious if they are parted from their stuff.

Actually, at the worst, the stuff is piled to the rafters.

If you take their stuff away, they gather more stuff. Nevertheless,

I await your pictures with horrified fascination.

Seriously, this has got to be a joke. What the hell? I love the picture of the desk, just what every agent wants to take a picture of. The location is by far not the "best in Santa Ana". The place is maybe worth 400K. Somebody please go see it, meet the agent and report back, we need more laughs.

... now if I could just find a light bulb. I know they are here somewhere. Where did I put the light bulbs?

Oh, heck. I'll just go buy some more. I could use some more stuff.

Or better yet, I'll just go buy another lamp. Hopefully it will come with a light bulb.

ok, new game, new game !

Lake Elsinore boy dies from water-borne parasite

This should keep the L.E. property values low for a bit....

So... I was at this wedding on Saturday, and there was this dude who lives in the I.E. at our table, and ironically he was talking about price drops, not appreciation. It was quite a different experience compared to two years ago, and I had people at the table asking me questions about the market and foreclosures rather than looking at me like I was an off my rocker pollyanna chicken little full blown nutter.

Anyway, the dude that lives in the I.E. starts telling this story about this parasite that killed this kid who swam in the Lake Elsinore. Everyone starts to look at him like he is the full blown nutter. Well... I look at him and start to think... last time I was at Canyon Lake there was this dumb a$$ drunk Marine (no offense to our military folks here, he wasn't a dumb a$$ because he was a Marine, but because he drunk and he couldn't swim, so he needed a life preserve jacket. He is a MARINE for gawdsakes, and he needs a life preserve swim in a freaking calm as a bath tub lake. Yes, there are a few that somehow get to defend our country that can't even swim when they are a MARINE. [/rant]), that was swimming in the lake. I wondered if he caught this parasite, and I hoped he didn't, because while he was dumb a$$, we need him more than ever. Then... I think, next time I'm in Canyon Lake, do not get any where near the water. I took the nutter's words to heart, and realized a swim wasn't worth death, kinda like buying in Lake Elsinore, it would be financial death.
