The APN that was tied to what the builder bought that entire lot for, was then tied to all those homes/lots that the builder sold. You just found a bunch of closings in that tract of QH from 04 and 05. What homes they are tied too... ugh... it can be found, but thanks the county it's not easy.

Even then the house wins an award for "Best Use of a Dead Zebra in a Formal Living Room Less than 300 Square Feet"

Didn't like the pool, or that dome off to the side. (but then, you know my feeling on ornamental pools)... Agree with you, the house itself is very nice. One of the nicer current listings in Coto. Very homey feel to it.

I was more mocking why such a very small picture of the house was put up... it literally looks like one I would have taken with my 5 year old Nokia cell phone. The front of the house is beautiful, and that picture doesn't show it at all.

Keep saving. Fortunately at the price they are asking and the rate at which they are not dropping their price, I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon, and you might be able to afford it if hyper inflation kicks in :)

P.S. I hate ornamental uber-manicured hedges as well

Incredible value for someone who has the vision to put this house back to its former glory! This project is not for the faint of heart. I've been told there was a sewer blockage and entire downstairs of the house was affected. The problem was taken care of but the house was not put back together. Five bedrooms, one of those on the main level. Master suite with a panoramic view on the second level, with two more bedrooms. A fourth bedroom on the third level. Backyard pool, spa, barbeque area and a batting cage. I doubt if you can finance this property.

OK, I was mocking a realtor picture in my previous post... what's up with this one from your 10 Riverstone listing...

What... were there dogs on the property and if the realtor tried to stand such that the entire front of the house was captured, the dogs would attack her?

The left half of the house looks nice, as does the front part of the driveway.

This picture is just uncomfortable to look at.

You got me. Maybe she was trying to capture a shot of the long sweeping driveway.

I have been meaning to post these pics for about a month now. Cayci and I were driving around that cesspool of Santa Ana known as N. Tustin and I saw this house... with its garages. No need for any other pics of the house, all any real man needs are two pics of the garages. IHO... I hate to admit this, but I took these for you...
