You don't get it. Less park means more housing means more population means more traffic.

Wow! That's a huge increase. These developers don't give a damn about traffic. They just want to pack in as many homes as possible to maximize their profit. Doubling this project is adding an extra 10,000+ residents! I hope this isn't approved.

What is the basis of the suit? The Great Park development is not directly adjacent to the Laguna Beach border. Is it simply traffic from Heritage Fields will congest the 133 corridor?
