Not makers of ICE, the ICE industry.

There are 2 indirect ways:

1. EV subsidies actually help ICE production because of EPA/emission requirements.
2. Oil industry tax breaks

So if I have to indirectly cover for Big Oil anyways, I don't mind covering for EVs too.

The pickup tarriff which protects the domestic ICE mfrs most profitable products, which increasingly is what they make

This is what I mean by you are anti-EV. Instead of recognizing that EVs are better technology for transportation, you keep comparing it to extinct examples.

But yet you won't admit it.

This blunder into “better technology” clearly does not make a better Ferrari (or Lamborghini))

Was anyone even asking for a Ferrari EV? Isn’t the allure of a Ferrari the actual ICE engine (and the Ferrari badge of course) and knowing you have one of the best/fastest ICE cars?

It would be funny if a Tesla plaid beats a Ferrari EV in a 0-60. I’m guessing it would

Any automaker realizes the advantages of electric motors.

That’s why the Luce doesn’t care about range or efficiency, just raw power like their ICE cars.

I wonder if USC has been tracking his EV Porsche.

Looks like EV sales are adjusting to the lack of Fed credits:

EV sales just hit their best month since federal tax credits ended

EV sales topped 85,000 in May, their best month since tax credits ended, while average EV prices fell again.

I see this continuing as automakers focus on lower priced EVs (less that $100k!) and volume vehicles.
