You got your operation incorrectly. [(2x tens age then take the square root) x5] + 6 is correct by Socal

It did help that I picked up a Huntington Beach townhouse back in 1998 for $115k (I love having a property tax bill of $1,500/yr on it).
 
Well, well, well.

I may be the senior dude on this forum as I am 60 plus and feel that I grew up during some of the best and worst times this country has seen.

For the some of the "wild ones" here I grew up after the pill and prior to aids. ;-) Thats hard to match today.

I am happily retired and fully enjoying life.

Hopefully I have great memories, few regrets, and a long time to go.

37 here. I tell people that I'm 57 and they gasp at my youthful looks.

Any 30-40 year old single Chinese-speaking men with a job looking for Omiai? I have a few female friends in early 30's from Taiwan and China looking. PM me if interested.

Be warned that the girl's parents are likely to move in later, so if you're not family orientated and can't handle living with the in-law's, don't bother.
 
This board is full of children. I can't believe all the 20 somethings here getting ready to buy million dollar houses. When I was your age, I walked five miles to school, up hill, both ways.
