Any 30-40 year old single Chinese-speaking men with a job looking Omiai? I have a few female friends in early 30's from Taiwan and China looking. PM me if interested.

Be warned that the girl's parents are likely to move in later, so if you're not family orientated and can't handle living with the in-law's, don't bother.

Buy new construction in Irvine, your house will be so small you will have no place to put your inlaws.

That will not stop them. Sleeping in the living room on the floor is a luxury compared to living condition from their native land.

Five miles? How long did it take you?

I just saved up some money and got lucky. The minimalist lifestyle I have converted to nowadays sure helped too. :)

And... you have not answered the question!

Funny, when I first came to these boards, I just assumed everyone here was over 50. Many of you have shattered my perceptions. I am pleasantly surprised.

HA HA HA...Allison, you didn't get it!!, and at the same time shows how young you are!...he he

What High Gavity was reffering to with "I walked five miles to school, up hill, both ways" comes from the funniest stand up performances of Bill Cosby, which was taped in the 80s. I have the VHS tape and I watch it everytime that I feel blue, it uplifts my spirit, I start crying tears of joy.

High Gravity recollection is not 100% accurate but for people that have seen the show, the words "Up hill both ways" immediately brings to memory the show. Now, I didn't see the orignal show, I saw a rerun on HBO 10 years ago, and made me laugh so hard as a little boy, after seen it, I felt genuinally happy all day long, and then I decided to have my own copy, it took me a while to find out that it was commercially available.

Since we're lucky enough to live in this day and age, here's the exact video clip, which I think is appropiate for this thread:

I'm going straight for the jugular here.

There are many guys in their 30's and 40's who still want unlimited number of unexpired Christmas cakes with no commitment. I want to filter them out up-front.

Okay, but there is commitment and there is before-the-first-date-I-expect-my-in-laws-to-live-with-me commitment. I think you are now selecting only those guys that have no sense of self worth.

Kowloon City, the paradise of lawlessness, drugs, prostitute, and gangster life. One of the highest density place on Earth. If we can live like that, the entire US population probably can fit inside the state of R. I.

BK has made several references to his asian connection, but I am still have some doubts as to his ethnic background.

I know BK's Chinese. I was just funnin' because of the pic he posted of his hometown... Plus the fact that he's old.. JK.

Ohh, I dated a Chinese girl, it was sorta like a hispanic/mexican family. Once you marry, the family comes with.... My grandfather lived with us for nearly 10 years before he moved to a differnt daughter's house.

It can be stressful, I think though that once you get a little older, the acceptance of responsibility will go down... WAY down, like exponentially down. It would be kinda tough. One of my very good friends is a VERY beautiful woman and she just can't find anybody willing to accept that (She's 34). Its also difficult that she devotes about 80% of her paycheck to her family.

Anyways good luck

Like I said to my 3rd graders, you need to show your work for a full credit in math. (Or you are just lucky?)

Two-sided two-digit primes are: 23, 37, 53, 73

The smallest average of two of them is (23+37)/2 = 30

The number whose half is the same as it's sqaure root is 4... 4/2 = 2; sqrt(4)=2

30 + 4 = 34

... hey, wait I just noticed you edited your reply. So I'm not wrong?? If I am wrong maybe it's because I didn't take 0 into account as a possibility? So it's possible the answer could be 30 + 0 = 30
