Frankly, I wouldn't reveal it until the check is cashed, cleared and the transaction has posted on the county records.
But that is just me.
That's probably about how long I'll wait NSR. At a minimum, I want all contigencies removed by the/a buyer before I shed any light... I've been working on the repair list a bit of late. Sure is nice to have builder warranty to correct some things.

Hey young lady, I hope you knew of Felix and Oscar by watching the 10th generation re-runs and not the original episodes like me.
Initially, was excited when you made that reference.
I thought you were referring to you and I being like the former World Champs, Oscar De La Hoya and Felix Trinidad.

Actually, I knew of Felix and Oscar because I have read the play and studied it in college during a costume design class.
The Odd Couple was a play, then a movie very closely based on the play (it's pretty much identical to the written work), and THEN a TV show.
Mature folks like me are like wine. It will only get better with age. It will take a long time for the box wine to be qualified in bottles. So in the meantime my son, there is no short cut for aging gracefully.

I do have a members only jacket for the Shady Canyon Golf Club where I hang out with Acpme. You will need your grandfather's sweater vest because it will keep you warm out of the club house in the cold.

I went out and bought some 'casual' clothes a week or so ago.
What I wound up with was a pair of blue/white searsucker Izod shorts, a pink woven belt, a pair of brown Sperry topsiders, and two RL polo shirts (one pink and one white) because you wear two at once. Had I found one, I'd of bought a Members Only jacket in a minute. I'm gonna dig around and see if I can find my vintage Swatch collection.
1983 is back. Haters kindly step off.
