Mello Roos in Portola Springs differs depending on location. Older part has two CFD, one of which expires end of 2020 and the other in 2051. There is an old post here on TI regarding this.

The best way to get accurate info on this is through the OC Property Tax webpage.
Look up the property tax bill using an address, then there is a link to something that says "Click Here to See Detailed Information on the Tax Bill" or something to that effect, and that will list each Mello Roos tax and any bonds. There is a phone number listed next to each line, and if you call that number they will tell you when it expires.
