Healthy Eating

I've just started a delivery service for organic fruits/vegetables. I find that it forces me to eat the produce I wouldn't normally pick up, so I get to try new recipes and I'm eating fewer carb-and-sodium-laden side dishes like mac n cheese or stuffing. So far, so good!

a lot of parents with kids around ours (10-months) suddenly realize how bad we actually eat; the kid now wants a bit of everything I'm eating... no chocolate cookie is for daddy!!!

Not healthy: 4 year-old hamburger and fries. Blech.
