I think that's reasonable given the lack of information and details I can find about the development.

I mean, it was supposed to happen back in 2012, right?
Well, there went 7 years already!

 
Does anyone know what the construction at Marine and Ridge Valley is all about? I drive by and I see heavy duty vehicles plowing things around. Is that the large medical office/campus?

Speaking of Marine...are they ever going to do the extension? That would be such a useful shortcut for many.
