?There?s always something going on at one of our parks and Saturday, October 5th is no exception. Join us for two exciting events taking place back-to-back. The perfect way to spend the day and a great time to also tour one of the model homes.

Novel Park Grand Opening | 9am - Noon
Explore the park full of surprises with an action-packed morning that includes:
Cold brew & nitro coffee along with donuts at The Cup
DJ & roller skating with Moxi Skate?bring your skates to join in the fun!
Live music & giant games on the lawn
Create your own dog collar or bandana
Pet portraits for you & your four-legged friend
A dog treat bar
Chef demos in the new indoor community kitchen
Giant lawn games

Popsicle cart at Lyon?s Welcome Center(12-3 pm)

For the Novel Park Grand Opening, street parking will be available on a first-come basis. Once full, people will be directed to park at the intersection of Great Park Blvd & Beacon, with free shuttle service to the event.

Drove through that neighborhood and in my personal opinion, they are well layout and looks very nice. Homes are tights, but doesn't feel congest.
 
Final two duet dwellings' concrete walkways are poured this morning. Four years of Novel journey for the construction crew is coming for a landing by August 2022.

In June 2018, Mark M. at OCBJ wrote, "The Newport Beach-based builder recently paid $166 million for 33 acres on the western edge of the former El Toro Marine base, or $5 million per acre and about $310,000 per home lot....An area referred to in city filings as District 1 West, are some of the smallest and most affordable homes in Irvine in years. "
