Should mortality rates be dictated by income?

The Poor ? Mortality ? Those are facts munipulated by the Liberal Media. LOL.
The poor just show up to the Emergency Room when they are on deaths door.
That creates the implosion of decent care in all the inner cities when the Emergency rooms reach saturation.
Look at South Los Angeles.
"As Closed King-Harbor was long a major hospital for the city's sickest and poorest residents, the increase in uninsured and under-insured patients has put major stress on the financial health of relieving institutions. With the closure of the hospital, South Los Angeles has one hospital bed per 1,000 residents, compared with a national average of three beds per 1,000 residents".
The poor dont matter. But when they all vote it sure screws up the Conservative Agenda.
