86 new listings since 8/1/2008 in Irvine.

82 remain"Active."

4 are in escrow in "Backup" status.

None are in escrow in "Pending" status, yet.

I was thinking the same thing...

I was at a party a few months ago and (accidentally!) overheard a conversation between my host and her friend who lived in Tustin Ranch. I'm not entirely sure what they were talking about, but the lady who lived in Tustin Ranch said, ". . . and you just don't mess with Jeff Jones!" That comment made wish I had been rude enough to eavesdrop. :P

Maybe you should advertise more? Then again, staring at Jeff as I shop at Albertsons is pretty bad. Having your mug next to the kitty litter in my shopping cart wouldn't be any better!

Haha Even though the property is now under contract and gone contigency/back-up offers, I'll still have some stuff out for the freeloaders....errr supporters. :P

Maybe we should have another topic where people can point out houses in Irvine with their opinions on them - means I wont have to go to any more open houses :-)
