guess it depends which part of 92867. the hills b/w vp and anaheim hills have very nice neighborhoods and i wouldnt expect much of a discount relative to vp to live in that area -- for a rental that is. for home sale thats a diff story.

Ran this check for the Irvine Ranch company apartment building we're renting in, rents seemed mostly inline.
