Fortune mag: OC home prices should fall 22.2% in next 5 years

guess it depends which part of 92867. the hills b/w vp and anaheim hills have very nice neighborhoods and i wouldnt expect much of a discount relative to vp to live in that area -- for a rental that is. for home sale thats a diff story.
