<p>Your right. Its east of the 55. Also the Mining Company is still a good place for a glass of wine or a dinner. Not as good a view as the Orange Hill. Seems like the Orange PD has taken a tougher stance on the Day Labor guys in this neighborhood. As well with the constuction business in the dumps. They seem to not be as thick in the morning when I come to work via Jamboree and then take Chapman down the hill. A few months ago the OPD rounded up about 30 Daylabor guys at the Home Depot on Katella and drove them down to the INS station in San Clemente. Since then they really dont gather in large groups anymore in the Orange City Limits. </p>
