We been to the open house; I was suprise to see it already in escrow on IPO's site (12/3). Nice, but still too expensive, killer HOAs and Mello Roos...
78 Fringe went back active last week. Looks like they never cleared contingencies...
It's been listed at $699K from the start, 11/16 - into escrow 12/2 - out of escrow 12/10.
That is a mystery only to be revealed by the seller or former would-be buyer. I just see that they went back active again.
