It's a Land Rover. It has high ongoing maintenance costs (MR).

I was going to give you the unadulterated version because you were specifically comparing/asking about location relatively to others. My google research tells me that CP is near site 20:

SITE 20: Hobby Shop
"Soil contamination from used oil and solvents. A 600 gallon waste oil tank is located west of building 626 along with three 50 gallon storage drums for solvents inside the building. Chemicals detected at the site included VOCs, TPH, pesticides, PCBs, and metals above background levels."

Adulterated version

Beautiful homes and trail. Masterfully planned and walking distance to the food hall, ice rinks, golf course, cultural terrace, amphitheater, pedestrian bridges and more. In fact, probably one of the best location of all GP neighborhoods away from the 5fwy (i.e. Travata/CVE) but close enough to walk. However, everything is pay-to-play. It's all business as usual. Bring money or go home.
