What you folks think about the location of Cadence park compared to PP, BP and Parsol Park?

I was going to give you the unadulterated version because you were specifically comparing/asking about location relatively to others. My google research tells me that CP is near site 20:
Unadulterated version
SITE 20: Hobby Shop

Adulterated version
Beautiful homes and trail. Masterfully planned and walking distance to the food hall, ice rinks, golf course, cultural terrace, amphitheater, pedestrian bridges and more. In fact, probably one of the best location of all GP neighborhoods away from the 5fwy (i.e. Travata/CVE) but close enough to walk. However, everything is pay-to-play. It's all business as usual. Bring money or go home.
