I am wondering how many people will consider Cadence Park while it is still possible that OC will relocate homeless people to great park which is about one mile to Cadence Park

Pulte is only listing Duet as tri-level 2800+ plans. Those would be $1.1MM... not 2300+ models. I think there is a discrepancy in the 5P site.

I agree the sites need an update.

Here is the flier for Duet from last week?s Cadence opening which has the square feet range.

Btw: during the Cadence opening, the Pulte rep mentioned the Duet were detached condos. I wondered how could it be detached when the Pulte website states Duet are ?paired? homes.

The possible retail (Future Development) at Cadence Park is planned at Irvine Blvd and Cultivate/Pusan (see attached map which was given to the public by Five Point last month). I believe the retail plans like possible tenants  are still on the drawing board.

K Hov?s updated their site with the hours for the Deco opening on Saturday, April 14th (11am to 3pm) (See attachment below). Still no formal price estimates.

Curious to see what the Deco initial prices will be in comparison to Carlisle next week. Deco is definitely convenient to walk to all the schools from K-12 when compared to Carlisle.

Thanks IHS3000.  So just out of curiosity.  Do you think that warehouse 415 will be built at "base camp"? Or more likely in the future development section of cadence?

It seems the drawings of future base camp looks somewhat different than the design for WH415, since the latter appears more modernized.

Would love to see something like WH415 built, providing retail option within walking distance.

Deco opens today and their starting prices are now online on K Hov?s website. Deco prices are higher than Carlisle?s initial prices. These prices are a lot higher than I was expecting a few months ago. (Attached Carlisle?s price sheets from last year including a phase 2 sheet and a early summer sheet).

WH415 is on the future development land at Cadence.
 
Deco opening had a great turnout today. The models looked nice especially the abstract elevation with the big window. Some lots or sites have a third private parking space like the Carlisle (Attached Photograph). The decks were nice. The Waverly model had a nice enclosed front yard.

The prices were crazy! The HOA and taxes/ Mello Roos were not on the price sheet. Apparently, they want to tell you the bad news in person.

Price sheet is attached which includes lot numbers that are for sale.

Which homesite #s at Deco have a 3rd parking? I don't see it on your site plan. I don't think any have 3 spots. The Waverly model is "sideways" so maybe it looks like a 3rd space but it's not in my opinion.
