Alas, Hasbro has not made a MLP in Carbon Fiber yet.

However, I was surprised to find that MLP bikes do, indeed, come in different sizes: http://www.kentbicycles.com/bikes_mlp.html</blockquote>

See? I told you so!

Hey Prof, we need a Mascot for the 7 Circles (elite) Cycling Club...or...maybe we could talk (trick) Graph into wearing some kind of Costume and run along side us on all the Climbs that we do (attempt)...

I'm sure the (ultra hawt ) Girls of IHB can come up with a Costume for Him? The Guys are more than welcome to contribute too...

<em>UK is sitting back waiting for a good laugh</em>

I don't think we need to trick graph into running around in a costume. What do you think he does for fun, when

he's not posting snarky comments?

I love that video! I saw it a few years ago. Some collectors made it. I have those scooters, however, I won't take mine out of the box. >:-(

As for graph running around in a chicken suit...I don't know that he could keep up. Perhaps if he wore a devil tail and horns instead? I mean, we are talking about the circles of hell here.

Thanks! I'm trying to find a way to resize pics using the tags... no luck so far.

<em>graphrix scrambles to find super glue, due to inspiration in trying to recreate video for IHB.</em>

The ride to <span style="color: orange;"><strong>Sunset Beach </strong></span>today was magnificent. Stunning views and cool ocean breezes made for an ideal trip.

Thanks to Peter for leading the expedition and to Vic for agreeing to bring up the rear and ward off any pesky BMW's.

On the way back, we passed a promotional van for Glaceau vitamin water. We were going about the same speed, so I

held out my hand and they reached out the window and gave me a delighful ice cold beverage. It was like mid-air refueling.

Remember, the 7th Circle Cycling Club welcomes new members!

Congrats on completing that ride! The heat was insane this weekend - but maybe it makes sense the 7th Circle Cycling Club did the ride :)

LOL, Zovall.

Heat? What heat? Our motto is, "We ride to hell and back." Actually, the route took us along the coast, so there was a nice

breeze. It only got a bit warmish for the last 10 inland miles.

We all felt great after the ride:

Prof is right Zovall! We didn't even notice the heat as she said, in fact we were wishing it was much hotter to at least give us a hint of a challenge

But seriously, it was a great ride, we had a lot of fun and that's what it's all about :)

The ride on Sunday was great. We'll probably do it again in a few weeks?

Interesting Notes:

1. Cyclists out number drivers 2 to 1 on Sunday morning between Newport & Sunset Beach on the PCH

2. Carbon fiber bikes are great at dampening vibration (especially riding on the part of the road undergoing re-pavement)

3. Use sunblock and drink lots of water for those 50 mile rides.

4. Profette does not like seeing dead snake on the road.

5. Glaceau Water people are cool. :)

The coastal view was amazing. You can see it all the way to Catalina & Long Beach through out the ride.

<span style="color: green;">--I distinctly remember offering all cyclists sunblock before the ride, only to be met with cavalier shrugs.

--It was dead? The snake was monstrous and had big sharp pointy teeth and beady eyes.

--Glaceau should be the official hydration beverage of the 7th Circle.</span>
