Just want to necro this for qwerty and homer (if he's still around).

What are these trading for nowadays? Over $1.5m? 100% appreciation in 6-8 years? Woof.

No inventory recently and none for sale now. This one in Greenwood just sold for 1,485,000, which is $611 sq/ft. If someone paid $1.5M for this I?m guessing someone would pay at least $1.7M for mine, which would be $557 sq ft. I have a considerably bigger yard, three car garage, etc.

We are also walking/bike ride distance to all of the all of the schools.  Greenwood is not.
