The pendulum always swing and never stand still. It is now swinging to the left. Sooner or later it will swing back to right. Socialism is alive and growing louder. I don?t like it. But I have to deal with it just as I did when the balls were in the right swing.

JiMHO, traditionally, policies lies where extensions of relying on some of the data while ignoring other data. Or in Obama's infamous 'you can keep your insurance' , 'lie' as people want to claim, he spoke the truth, provided your insurance meets the requirement of the law and your insurance company doesn't quit. Both were painfully obvious and too much detail for sound byte attention spans.

Trump, ImHO, isn't any of those, he is just making shit up and drinking conspiracy koolaid.
 
I disagree, I knew it the second he started to say it. I worked for a fortune 100 company, my insurance was awesome, pretty fair priced, $500 deductible, ppo with UHC. Had my gp for almost 20 years. After Obama lied...UHC dropped and we got blue cross (lost my insurance...that we liked) ..cost rose dramatically (didn?t save $2500...another lie) deductible rose to $3000...my gp went to concierge medicine ($2000 a year to stay with him) so we also lost our doctor (that we liked). I was not alone, the whole pitch was a lie....but I expected that.
 
Katie Porter has talked about Pharma gouging, COVID testing, and unfair banking practices. Her claim to fame was being an advocate for affordable housing. She talks quite a bit about these issues.

Are your drug costs any lower? (Besides the reforms POTUS and his Cabinet put in place) Was your CDC COVID test free? How's that banking reform going? Any cheaper homes nearby available for sale?

Makes for good TV, but as for policy? Not so much.

How about Rouda? Why re-elect him other than Orange Man Bad?
 
Soy is endorsing Michelle Steel the leader of the Oc Supervisor. We all laughed regarding the fake mask policy. The previous OC Health Director Was threatened because she had policies to protect OC residents. What did Michelle do or say to protect the previous Health Director.

State authorities have launched a money laundering investigation into Orange County Supervisor Andrew Do, focusing on whether he secretly %u2013 and potentially illegally %u2013 steered over $22,000 last month to his own campaign through the Orange County Republican Party.

If it was me. I would be wtf are you doing? Ask him to explain himself. If not she should ask for his resignation from the board. But that is just me.
