You're right - 2003 rollbacks in small RSM condos are more and more prevalent these days...finding 2002 rollbacks there is now the challenge :)
 
I will admit, I was one who thought the market would decline 10%, maybe 20% at the max. I just didn't see the fallout from the collapse of the mortgage market. I have no idea how far it will go now. There just doesn't seem anything out there that is going to cause the market to suddenly start improving.
 
awgee - wasn't that 80% on a thread a year or so ago? Gosh, you're getting positively bullish. Well, at least we know what "real dollars" means now - should be how many pounds of rice the house would buy...

As per oc property tax site, its appraised @ 611k. must have bought around 600k or so.

Cayci - this one is right on Irvine Blvd with zero appeal. Doomsday home. You wouldn't even be able to rent this one easily, let alone sell it at 2004 prices.
