2003 Prices or Rollbacks

[quote author="ABC123" date=1209448136]There are quite a few lower end condos in RSM that are listed at or near their 2003 prices although they still seem too high

</blockquote>

You're right - 2003 rollbacks in small RSM condos are more and more prevalent these days...finding 2002 rollbacks there is now the challenge :)

We are accustomed to dawn patrol, eh?

I will admit, I was one who thought the market would decline 10%, maybe 20% at the max. I just didn't see the fallout from the collapse of the mortgage market. I have no idea how far it will go now. There just doesn't seem anything out there that is going to cause the market to suddenly start improving.

awgee - wasn't that 80% on a thread a year or so ago? Gosh, you're getting positively bullish. Well, at least we know what "real dollars" means now - should be how many pounds of rice the house would buy...

Awgee, If i hadn't been used to getting up early to surf for the first 20 years of my life I could never have done this job. Dawn Patrol for a night owl is hell on earth however I do get the jump on the news as I see you do

Cayci - this one is right on Irvine Blvd with zero appeal. Doomsday home. You wouldn't even be able to rent this one easily, let alone sell it at 2004 prices.
