I was interested in buying a lot there years way back. Yes there are multiple gates in there but if you are walking you can slide under easily.

I was thinking it would have been cool if TIC built housing like Santana Row in San Jose.  Maybe the next Irvine Spectrum?  Yes, those did go for over a million dollars at one point.

This isn't the only Sonoma house for rent.  I also know of two others. 

It's really just a new trend, not a flaw.
