As a buyer of Carmel I, I actually tend to agree with you. We would love to have bigger lots (6000 sq ft would be sweet, we don't want anything too big as maintenance gets to be a pain.) Carmel was 3 days also. Within the 3 days, you don't need a reason, you can just tell them you don't want to buy anymore.. but after 3 days, I think the penalty is your deposit.

If my memory serves me right, I heard only 28 more lots for Carmel II when I last spoke to the guys at the sales office.

In Carmel we can replace phone jacks with universal plates.

We bought the plan 2 in Carmel 1, with the open bonus room. The entry way is very bright and airy. I think they made the Cali room standard because most buyers opted for the conservatory anyway over at Carmel I.

I actually saw no pocket park as a plus... since they can rent out parks for parties and weddings, I really don't like having parties every other weekend across the street from my house.
