We applied to 2 APAAS schools and were offered a spot after the school year had already started. I would call and find out where you are on the waitlist.

At your price point, do you even want to share a driveway with another house? What did your Realtor say about the location?

Did you look at street view on this house? It is in a short alley, separate from the other homes on the street.  There are no sidewalks.

I think it?s worth a visit to Baker Ranch. My friend lives there and loves it and the demographics are more in line with what you?re looking for. Not sure how far you?re willing to commute, but many cities in South OC might be a better fit for you if you?re worried about the Asian% in Irvine...

At the beginning of this thread, USCTrojanCPA asked me which Irvine villages I was looking at. I said Woodbridge, Woodbury, and Northwood because I like yards and driveways. Somehow this was twisted into people thinking I can?t find a house with a driveway in all of Orange County. Lol

Right. The driveway issue is specific to Irvine. I have not found that to be an issue in other cities we are looking at. Irvine has a lot of detached condos.
