Looks like Toll Brothers Great Park is doing the same design. A traditional layout but with no driveway. That is so bad. So lame. Another way to give customers an inferior product to squeeze out more margin.

Most of his data is wrong. Lot 74 sold on 12/15/2025 for 3.3 and lot 75 sold on 9/9/2025 for 2.8.

They have a lot of unsold homes.

There's a reason why Luna Park is the cheapest of the great park neighborhoods. You get what you pay for.

It's not about the view. It's about not having other peoples homes directly behind yours looking into your backyard.

74 is an end unit, no other homes in front and unobstructed views to the south.

You look down on them like they look down on Altair 😆 That's cheaper than non-view lot pricing. Cielo sold a similarly priced view lot but it was at a T intersection.
