Looks like CalPac is following in the footsteps of Shea and starting construction on the next phase even though they still have a lot of unsold homes.

Olivewood at Portola Springs by New Home Co.

70 photos and not one of the pickleball court. That alone might take $1M off the sales price.

New Detached Condos Coming Soon at Los Olivos

Looks like Toll Brothers Great Park is doing the same design. A traditional layout but with no driveway. That is so bad. So lame. Another way to give customers an inferior product to squeeze out more margin.

Talked to an appraiser, he said the first thing you look at is which side of the street the lot is on. That alone might not be worth 1 million or it might be worth a lot more.

It's not about the view. It's about not having other peoples homes directly behind yours looking into your backyard.

Olivewood at Portola Springs by New Home Co.

Better than looking at a neighbors window or pickleball courts like the other end :ROFLMAO:

74 is an end unit, no other homes in front and unobstructed views to the south.

You look down on them like they look down on Altair 😆 That's cheaper than non-view lot pricing. Cielo sold a similarly priced view lot but it was at a T intersection.
