I think there is an ideal distance from one's home to shopping centers, not too close and not too far. For me, that ideal range is 5 to 10 miles.

Sorry I just dont get it. Why would you prefer to live in a community under construction with no or little amenities, and move out when all the construction is done and the all the amenities are ready to be enjoyed. I thought we all want to avoid construction sites with all the dust and noise...

Thanks. It is a house that I want to buy, but notice several holes in the wall and ceilings. I suspect it has been used for growing marijuana, but the listing agent told me they discovered it in advance, and evicted the tenant before they started. So I want to find a way to verify what they say.

Interesting. Is that true? I though Altair is quite unique in the Great Park, the pearl of it. How does Altair compare to Orchard Hill. I find them comparable price- and sqft-wise.
