    Any proud IHB parents?

That?s a great question. For us, it comes down to being more than what we want or our life?s plan for them. We try and use a partnering/team approach to make sure it?s what they want.

Home Inspection recommendations for Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda Area

We used Steve from Bilt-Rite for our home inspection. He is extremely meticulous, as well as knowledgeable and thorough. Very professional, I highly recommend him. http://www.biltriteinspect.com/

St Cecilia or other private school in Irvine?

St Cecilia or other private school in Irvine?

I think that?s why a lot of parents opt for the private school. The Smaller class sizes and extra personal attention are both attractive features as well.

    Low inventory?

Whether through mods or other means, the fact that they?ve been able to stem the wave of foreclosures while reducing inventory it's taken the pressure off pricing temporarily.
