Lol can't close door with it on. Super easy to remove. No straps, but they were in the instructions, maybe i got screwed. I'm 6ft 200lb, my knees aren't too far from the ground when I'm hanging. I do have pretty long arms tho.

Rated up to 300lb I'm 200lb and the door frame doesn't creak or make any weird sounds when i use it. No marks so far either.

Since I work in Paramount right next to compton, biking to work is iffy. A co-worker came up with a great safety idea tho, dress like a bum for the bike commute then change at work. Who would rob a bum? Unless maybe to take his bike...
