Right. They usually pay for a porta-potty themselves. I have seen really cheap landscapers try to use other landscaper's porta-potties. Some of them lock the stalls up for this very reason.

Yes, it can definitely take that long. It all depends on how busy they are (i.e. how many other plans were submitted around the same time). We got lucky with ours and everything was approved on the first submittal within around 2 weeks.  :)

I'm starting to think that the grout color I chose for the exterior entry travertine steps is slightly darker than I would have wanted. Is there a way to apply a lighter grout on top of the existing grout or will this have cracking issues later down the road? I don't want to have to tear out all...

ROI is always better on purchasing the panels vs. leasing due to government rebates AND because it increases the property value. Now if you don't have the funds to purchase up front, then leasing is your only option. Solar panels don't make much financial sense unless your electricity bill is...

Not sure if you're aware, but real wood is preferred over the poly stuff for people that live in Irvine. You only need poly if near the beach, humid climate zones like the south, or in a super small bathroom where there's no ventilation. Additionally, a lot of people don't realize that real wood...
