    This voting doesn't make any sense to me.  Can someone please explain how a $950K attached townhome in Orchard Hills (Vista Scena) would appreciate faster than a $850K detached townhome in CVE (Trellis Court)? Are people disregarding the $900kish limit as part of this scenario?

    Once you're inside the confines of CV, it's just like being in Eastwood, SG, or the others.  You don't feel like the I-5 is too close, unless you're unit is backed up right up against the fwy.  Those garbage truck routes....how's that any different than Woodbury or Stonegate?  The bus depot? ...

    For Air Pollution, you give Woodbury a '1' and Cypress Village a '3'.  Something seems off there.  Also, there's a big difference between the homes that back right up to the freeway vs those that are between Roosevelt and Trabuco.

    Baker Ranch in Lake Forest / Foothill Ranch

    Good to hear the resale market for Parkview has been good.  Ended up buying in Jasmine (Cypress Village).  We liked Baker Ranch, but we need to be closer to the freeways and schools.  The ants were just the last straw for us....I think we were looking for an excuse to not purchase that house.

    How's the ant situation in Baker Ranch?  Is it still bad? We almost bought in Parkview (Toll Bros) but backed out.  There were WAY too many ants in the models and at the specific lot we reserved.  We even talked to one of the newly moved in neighbors and they said the ant problem was pretty bad.
