Orchard Hills 4 - "The Summit" Updates

The pricing for those Vista homes is ridiculous. So their model homes are not open to public yet? We went to check out the Crestview model homes this weekend and Brookfield and TB areas were blocked off.

If you're talking about Crestview, then $3M-$4M is correct. YMMV was probably talking about TB, which starts at $6M for normal lots and could go as high as $8M for view lots.

Decent lot sizes, but a lot smaller than the Cielo one at 6928 sqft.

Also noticed that 424 and 432 Fieldhouse had been reserved now. Only 428 still available.

I wouldn't be surprised if a few years down the road owners start making an uproar about the landfill and act surprised that it's there. *cough AAA*
 
People with view lots at Reserve Orchard Hills must be pissed now that they will be staring directly at hundreds of homes at a higher elevation than them.
