This is true. When I saw that Shea Homes finally showed Arbor on their website, I called and asked about when Cielo would be on their website so I could join their interest list and the person I talked to wasn't even aware that Shea bought the land for Cielo.
HIGHLY unlikely, I dont see any possible locations for a new school, will probably just get zoned to Eastwood, Stonegate, or the one in Northwood Pointe

No wonder, these guys know that FCB's in China are their target market for OH4! Without FCB's they would have never been able to keep the prices so high and inflated for new homes in Irvine!
