After yesterday?s drop, I expected the 10 would rally today.
Very happy to see it drop even further.
It got away a few weeks back (climbing up to around 2) but has come down considerably making new lows.
The first is at $491K, so there may be some room there.
Haven?t seen the inside so I?m not sure if/how much rehab/renovation work is needed.
May end up not requiring much, great fix and flip potential at $486K (opening bid) or lower.
Same with us, although ours is not wood burning (gas logs)
The family room fireplace gets used frequently.
The other one in the living room is mostly for decoration and rarely gets used (Holiday season).

I could see how short sales can be difficult.
These sellers were losing a home that they lived in for close to 12 years, since 1999.
Looks like over the last few years, they struggled to try and hang on.
The stress involved, such things are never easy particularly...
